What a critical topic! Habits! According to researchers at Duke University, habits account for about 40 percent of our behaviors on any given day.

Your life today is essentially the sum of your habits. It is important to periodically assess our habits and make the necessary course corrections. If you did not pay attention to the pull on the front end alignment of the car, you would end up somewhere else.
