When I was eight, my teacher asked me to show a new transfer student around school. Terrified, I froze. Seeing the fear on my face, she said, “Erin, you are a natural leader. You’ll do well.”
Instead of encouragement, her words sent me spiraling with imposter syndrome. As an introvert, I didn’t feel like a leader. But when I simply became the new girl’s friend, the fear faded — and something clicked: leadership isn’t about personality. It’s about presence.

Years later, through my MBA and PhD work, I discovered that authentic leadership is not reserved for the “naturally gifted.” It’s about daily choices; it's who we are, not just what we do.

Meet Erin Seheult
I’m Erin Seheult. I'm a wife, mother, founder and CEO of WITH Leadership®, and a lifelong student of authentic leadership.
During my PhD research, I discovered the authentic leadership theory, a framework that transformed how I understand and practice leadership.

For me, great leadership is simple: it’s about being WITH.
​
I seek to live and breathe this concept by reading, writing, speaking, and creating tools to help others build stronger, healthier relationships and communities at work and in life.
The WITH Leadership® lifestyle is more than a theory; it’s a practical, universal approach that empowers leaders to thrive while helping others do the same.

Because whether we realize it or not, we all long for someone to be WITH us. And when we are WITH others, we grow and flourish together.
